Our motivations

Why are we publishing this criminal complaint?

Health hazard

We are dealing here with nothing less than the greatest danger – indeed, injury – to human health that has ever occurred in Switzerland.

Publication 1.0

We had already filed criminal complaint 1.0 with the competent public prosecutor’s office on July 14, 2022. After weighing up the interests at the time, we came to the conclusion that we should wait with the public publication until the public prosecutor’s office had sufficient time to carry out the urgent preservation of evidence.

Due to generally positive feedback from the public prosecutor’s office, we even waited longer than originally planned. As lawyers and scientists, however, we could no longer withhold the specialized knowledge we had acquired from the public. Accordingly, we made the criminal complaint public on November 14, 2022.

Publication 2.0

In view of the seriousness of the damage to public health that still exists and which will be further exacerbated by further approvals, we felt obliged to supplement the criminal complaint 1.0 with additional sources.

As all of the original allegations had been emphatically confirmed and even more were added, a comprehensive revision was ultimately unavoidable. In the criminal complaint 2.0, we use a comprehensive risk-benefit analysis to show that the mRNA preparations are associated with a (clearly) negative benefit. Swissmedic continues to deceive the public about this and many other circumstances to this day. Accordingly, accusations that had already been made, such as that of falsification of documents in office, were intensified.

The updated criminal complaint 2.0 was submitted to the public prosecutor’s office on February 7, 2024 and made available to the public again at the end of March 2024.
